Terms & Conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) is between Sentinel Security (“Facility”) and the customer (“Tenant”). By renting a storage unit, the Tenant agrees to the terms set forth herein.

The Facility provides 24-hour access via a secure FOB entry system.

The Tenant is responsible for the FOB. Loss or misuse of the FOB must be reported immediately.

The Tenant must not share FOB access with unauthorized individuals.

Surveillance cameras are in operation for security purposes; however, the Facility is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Units are to be used solely for storage of personal or business property.

Storage of hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable items is strictly prohibited.

No living or sleeping in the unit is permitted under any circumstances.

Tenant must maintain their unit in a clean and orderly condition.

Rent is due monthly, on the 1ST of each month.

Late fees may apply if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

The Facility reserves the right to deny access or initiate lockout for non-payment.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 Days written notice.

Upon termination, the Tenant must vacate and clean the unit, removing all contents.

Any items left behind may be disposed of or sold under applicable lien laws.

The Facility is not liable for any loss or damage to the Tenant’s property.

Tenants are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored items.

The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the Facility harmless from any claims related to their use of the unit.

The Facility reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with 30 days’ notice.
